More than 24 hours notice - no sweat! You can either give us a call, email or login online to cancel.

Within 24 hours - If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, a late cancel fee of $50 will be applied. If you reschedule said appointment within the week the late cancel fee will be waived. This exception is only made once per appointment.

No-shows will be charged in full.

Occasionally will have some wiggle room depending on the schedule. Time from your treatment will be deducted if the session starts later than scheduled.
