Fibroblast Skin Tightening

A non-surgical skin tightening treatment that uses a plasma pen device to create controlled thermal disruption at precise skin points. This triggers fibroblast cells — the skin's collagen-producing cells — to significantly contract and tighten the surrounding skin. Effective for loose, crepey skin, hooded eyelids, neck laxity, and areas resistant to other treatments.

What is Fibroblast Skin Tightening?

Fibroblast Skin Tightening is one of the most advanced non-surgical skin tightening procedures available outside of a surgical suite. The treatment uses a plasma pen device — which generates a controlled plasma arc from the ionized gas between the device tip and the skin's surface — to create a precise pattern of thermal disruption points on the skin.

Each thermal point triggers a powerful biological cascade. Fibroblast cells — the skin's primary collagen and elastin-producing cells — are activated by the controlled thermal signal and respond by significantly contracting, remodeling, and tightening the surrounding skin tissue. Simultaneously, the deeper dermal layers are stimulated to produce new collagen and elastin, reinforcing the tightening effect over the following weeks and months.

The results are genuinely significant and long-lasting. Unlike surface-level treatments that produce temporary firmness, Fibroblast Skin Tightening creates structural changes in the skin — similar in nature to what is achieved surgically, but without scalpels, general anesthesia, or surgical recovery.

  • Tightens loose and lax skin non-surgically
  • Activates fibroblast cells for structural skin remodeling
  • Treats hooded eyelids and brow drooping
  • Reduces neck, jawline, and décolleté laxity
  • Addresses crepey, thin skin on the body
  • Long-lasting collagen remodeling results
  • No scalpel, no general anesthesia

Who is This Treatment For?

Fibroblast Skin Tightening is ideal for clients with visible skin laxity who want significant, lasting improvement without surgery. It is particularly effective for:

  • Hooded upper eyelids (non-ptosis)
  • Under-eye crepiness and skin laxity
  • Neck and jawline looseness
  • Décolleté and chest crepey skin
  • Tummy and stretch mark areas
  • Clients who want surgical-quality results without surgery
  • Those who have tried other tightening treatments without adequate results

Important: Fibroblast is not suitable for all skin tones — clients with medium to deep skin tones (Fitzpatrick IV–VI) have an elevated risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. A thorough consultation with Kat is required to confirm candidacy and discuss realistic expectations before booking.

What to Expect

1

Consultation & Numbing

An in-depth consultation assesses your skin, confirms candidacy, and sets realistic expectations. A topical numbing cream is then applied and left for 30–45 minutes for maximum comfort during treatment.

2

Plasma Pen Application

The plasma pen device is held close to the skin surface without touching — the plasma arc creates a controlled thermal disruption point at each location. Kat works in a precise grid pattern across the treatment area. Sessions typically range from 60–90 minutes depending on the area being treated.

3

Immediate Contraction

Skin contraction begins immediately. Small carbon crusts (dots) form at each treated point — these are a normal part of the healing process and will fall off naturally within 7–10 days.

4

Post-Care & Healing

A soothing recovery serum is applied. Kat provides detailed aftercare instructions — following them precisely is essential for optimal results and to minimize the risk of complications.

Aftercare & Results

Fibroblast Skin Tightening has a meaningful recovery period. Small carbon crusts will form on the treatment area and must be left to fall off naturally — typically within 7–10 days. Do not pick, scratch, or attempt to remove them. During this period, keep the area clean and dry, avoid makeup, direct sun exposure, sweating, and swimming.

Swelling, particularly around the eye area, is common in the first 24–72 hours and is expected. Mild redness and sensitivity will also be present. Most clients return to normal activities after 7–10 days once the crusts have resolved.

Full results develop progressively over 3–6 months as the collagen remodeling process completes. The final outcome is a significant, lasting tightening that represents genuine structural change in the skin tissue. Most treatment areas achieve their goals in 1–2 sessions spaced 8–12 weeks apart.

Why Choose Peach & Fox

Fibroblast is a high-skill treatment where precision directly determines both results and safety. The spacing of the plasma points, the arc distance maintained, and the pattern used must be meticulously executed — imprecise technique can result in uneven tightening or adverse effects. Kat's advanced training in plasma pen technology ensures the protocol is applied with the accuracy and care this treatment demands.

A thorough pre-treatment consultation is always conducted — including full skin tone assessment and a discussion of realistic outcomes — before any Fibroblast session is booked.

  • Advanced plasma pen training with precision technique
  • Mandatory consultation before every first session
  • Full aftercare support and check-in protocol
  • Honest candidacy assessment — your safety first
